Aspe’s climate corresponds to the Western Mediterranean model, characterised by mild winters, calm atmospheric conditions, clear skies and gentle winds, except for the cold spells that usually take place during February. Spring is usually associated with stormy weather. Summers are generally affected by a very marked drought period and heat waves during which temperatures may reach up to 40ºC in some cases. Autumns usually bring rainfalls that are often heavy.
In regards to temperature, winters are very mild, with temperatures around 8-10ºC and, in very few occasions, reaching 0ºC, with an average of 1 frost day per year. In the summer, temperatures are usually between 25 and 26ºC.
Aspe’s average yearly temperature is around 17.1ºC, with an average yearly rainfall of 348mm.
